Soybean Protein (ISP)
We
utilize the Chinese non-GMO soybean to produce isolated soybean
protein , the protein content of which is over 90%. It can be easily
digested and absorbed and therefore supply in time the body with
more protein and amino acids, which contains more nutrients than
dairy and meat products and which is free from carbon hydrate and
fat. Moreover, it features high water and oil solubility, gelatinousness
and emulsification and can be widely used in the fields of meat
product, dairy product, baking product, health product and medical
subsidiary product.
Following the requirement of customers at home
and abroad, our company has taken the lead in developing ISP II
through deep-processing on the basis of ISP. This new method helps
reduce the waste due to flying dust during the application process
of soybean protein as well as improves the working environment for
workers. Compared with ISP, ISP II possesses the strengths of non-flying,
strong gelatinization, quick dispersion and high nutrition.
